Online Payments / Credit Card Security
We use PayPal and Stripe for online payments and will never have access to your credit/debit card details.
We accept £ Sterling cash payments in person, or you can pay by credit or debit card in person at the studio or events using a paypal card machine.

We accept telephone orders.

Delivery Information
Delivery times can vary depending on what you are ordering and the time of year. We endeavour to get all prints, be it mini fine art or canvas, to be ready for dispatch within 10 working days, this time span may increase during busy time of the year. We will let you know if there is a delay in your order being sent out. Gifts and cards should be dispatched within 3 – 5 working days unless your item is on back order, we will let you know when to expect delivery if this is the case.
If your order is required urgently, please email or call the studio, and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
We sometimes have pieces in stock if working towards a show, so always worth asking.
All parcels will require a signature on delivery.
UK delivery
We use Royal Mail services and also courier deliveries for larger canvas pieces. For courier deliveries we have to have a mobile contact number for you, they will not accept the consignment without a contact phone number as they use it to let you know when your delivery should arrive.
Europe and rest of the world delivery
Please contact the studio by phone or email to discuss and arrange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for additional charges (if any) resulting from import taxes / customs duties specific to the destination country. These must be borne by the recipient of the shipment.
Returns Policy
Your right to Cancel
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have bought from us, please return them to us in the original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.
Please also enclose a letter explaining why you wish to return the item(s), and we will arrange to refund you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned order.
For all returns, except where the item has been damaged, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. For damaged items, the cost of returned postage will be refunded to you and we will despatch a further item(s).

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please Pack the item(s) safely, enclose any paperwork and send back to the address below.
