Pet portraits

Supply a photo for me to work from
For pet portraits I will need you to supply one good quality photograph to work from, it might be helpful to send a few, but I do work from a single photograph.

Size of your canvas and the background colour
You will also need to think about the size of the canvas you would like and the background colour, I am happy to discuss this with you to help select a colour to best suit your pet. I paint acrylic pet portraits on canvas.
The sizes and prices are listed in the next section.
Prices and sizes
The prices below are for a single portrait,
for 2 animals on an oblong canvas there will be an additional fee of £100 for the second pet.

Deposit
Once we get to this point I will require a £100 deposit to hold your place in the queue on my waiting list.
I will be able to let you know what the waiting time will be, but if the painting is for a gift or special occasion please let me know and we can discuss the date required and if it is achievable in the time.

completing the painting
On completion of the portrait, I will send photographs for your approval and once it has been signed off by you, I will sign, varnish and prepare the canvas for collection (if you live locally) or pack ready to courier to you.
collection or delivery
If you live locally you are very welcome to come to the studio to collect the finished piece, but if you are too far away I can arrange for a courier to deliver to you.
There will be an additional fee for the courier, payable before it leaves my studio. Courier prices vary depending on the size of the canvas, but start for the smallest size canvas at £20. I can get a quote for you if you chose a larger size painting.
